Our custom Executive Education programs offer a unique, multimonth process that helps reinforce what you have learned in our classrooms to achieve impact back on the job. We call this process the Wharton Learning Continuum.
We start by assessing your needs: What strategic issues do you face? And what will it take to meet these challenges? Next, we immerse you in a learning experience that focuses on real-world problems and solutions, giving you new knowledge and tools that directly relate to your challenges. After the executive education program, we work with you to gauge the impact the program has made on you and your organization and provide resources and networks that help you forge an ongoing relationship with Wharton and your fellow classmates.
